Prices and informations

We are opened all year around, prices are for stays of a minimum of 3 nights

Child fares: up to 3 years free, from 3 to 12 years € 7,00 per night

Arrival/ departure

On arrival day you can dispose of the flat from 2pm, on departure day we kindly ask you to leave the flat until 10am

Starting from 01/01/2014 all prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax* amounting to € 2,50 per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.

If your stay at our residence will not taken up or prematurely broken off cancellation charges will be calculated:

 • 30 days before the arrival 100 euros per each booked apartment

 • Up to 5 days before arrival 60% of the total stay

 • Less than 5 days before the arrival 100% of the total stay

 • In case of a prematurely broken off stay or a late arrival the full price will be calculated.
